Bespoke Metalwork in Peterlee

Peterlee is our home - our workshop sits on Mill Hill, so we are on the doorstep for any steel fabrication project across the town and East Durham. Local clients get fast site visits, short lead times and the reassurance of a fabricator just up the road.

When a project calls for something out of the ordinary, our bespoke metalwork service turns ideas and drawings into reality. We produce architectural features, decorative screens, partitions, frames, furniture and one-off engineering pieces.

Bespoke architectural metalwork is the part of a building people actually stand next to — a feature staircase, a screen dividing a space, a balustrade, a reception desk frame, a shopfront detail. It is judged on finish as much as strength, so exposed welds are dressed and linished, and the piece is finished to the specification your architect or designer has set: brushed or polished stainless, powder coat to a chosen RAL colour, or galvanised and then coated where it lives outdoors.

Working from your concept, a sketch or a detailed specification, our team advises on materials, finishes and fixings, then fabricates to a high standard of finish. No job is too unusual.

It is the same in-house design, manufacture and installation approach we bring to every project - just applied to the things that do not come off a shelf.
