Hospitality projects live or die on the details. We work with fit-out contractors and operators to deliver eye-catching steelwork — glass-balustrade staircases, polished and powder-coated finishes, bespoke bar frameworks — that looks the part and stands up to heavy daily use.
Everything is designed and modelled in-house, fabricated to UKAS-approved EN1090-1 Execution Level 3, and installed by our own team around your opening date.
Front-of-house steelwork is judged on finish as much as strength. A balustrade a metre from a diner's table shows every weld, so exposed work is dressed, linished and finished to the specification your designer has set — polished or brushed stainless, powder coat to a chosen RAL colour, or hot-dip galvanising where the steel is outside. We agree the finish and the fixing detail before anything is cut, because on a fit-out it is far cheaper to resolve on a drawing than on site.
Behind the bar the demands are different. Glass racks and bottle chutes carry real weight, get knocked constantly and have to come apart for cleaning, so we build them from stainless or powder-coated mild steel, with bracket positions set out against your actual glassware and gantry heights rather than a generic spacing. Where a back-bar has to thread around existing services we survey first and fabricate to the measured opening.
Hospitality programmes are unforgiving — the opening date is usually fixed and the steel is on the critical path, often needed before the joinery, tiling and electrics can follow. We sequence fabrication so structural elements land first, phase deliveries where a site has no storage, and work evenings or closed periods when a venue is trading around us. For a refurbishment in an occupied building we can work off a measured survey and, where the existing structure is being altered, fabricate to your structural engineer's design for the new openings.

Yes. Hospitality programmes are usually fixed around an opening or a closed period, so we sequence fabrication to suit and install outside trading hours where a venue is still open. Tell us the date you need to be operational and we will work back from it.
Polished or brushed stainless steel, powder coating to any RAL colour, and hot-dip galvanising for external steelwork such as terraces and smoking shelters. Exposed welds on feature work are dressed and linished so the finish is continuous.
Yes — overhead glass racks, bottle chutes and back-bar frameworks are all made to your dimensions and glassware. We survey the space, set bracket positions against your actual gantry heights, and build in stainless or powder-coated steel so units can be cleaned down.
Yes. We fabricate and install the structural steel for extensions, removed walls and new openings, working to your structural engineer's design and the building regulations approval for the project. We do not replace the engineer's design — we build to it.
