Steel Fabrication for Architects — J&N Steelcraft UK Ltd

Steel Fabrication for Architects

We fabricate structural and architectural steelwork directly from architects' drawings and specifications — detailed in Tekla, made to EN1090-1 Execution Level 3, and installed by our own team.

Working from your design intent is what we do best. Send us your drawings and specification and our detailing team produces full fabrication drawings and 3D models in Tekla, resolving connection details and flagging any clashes before a single section is cut. Nothing goes to the workshop until the details are signed off, so what arrives on site matches the design.

We cover both the architectural steel that people see — feature staircases, balustrades, entrance canopies, screens and bespoke metalwork — and the structural frame behind it. Finishes are held to a consistent standard across a project, whether that is hot-dip galvanising, architectural powder coating or paint to a specified RAL colour.

Every job is fabricated to EN1090-1 Execution Level 3 and CE/UKCA marked, with full material traceability and test certificates supplied for building control and your own records. For conservation areas and tight urban sites we carry out our own site surveys so dimensions are verified before fabrication.

Because we design, fabricate, deliver and install under one roof, you have a single point of contact from drawing to handover. Involving us early — at or before tender — usually means better buildability and fewer surprises later.
