We work with shopfitters on shopfront and entrance steel, retail and stockroom mezzanines, feature staircases, balustrades and bespoke display metalwork, fabricated to your programme and delivered to the unit ready to install.
Finish is part of the brand, so we powder coat, paint or polish to the scheme's specification and keep it consistent across every element. Where access is limited we can size and section steel to get it into the unit and through service corridors.
For occupied centres we can install out of hours to suit the landlord's trading and delivery restrictions, working to RAMS and the centre's permit-to-work. Structural mezzanines are designed and certified to the relevant loading and fire requirements.
With design, fabrication and installation in-house, we can turn changes around quickly when a scheme evolves — which on a fit-out, it usually does.
